We always recommend, with training videos that we use a voice-over. Voice-overs allow us to make easy changes. When you inevitably update your processes we can just update the voice-over rather than re-shoot the entire video.

We also recommend making a short video for each subject, this allows you to train people on specific things that they need and re-train people on subjects that they struggle with. New employees can watch a playlist with all your videos and we can add questions after each video to confirm they understand what is being taught. With this format, it’s easy to add more videos to your playlist as your business grows.
